Our full service package encompasses planning,
directing and coordinating your event. We will
help you select vendors, assist you with the
design of your wedding, and will confirm every
detail with your vendors. The Super Savvy package
also includes the coordination of the wedding
ceremony and the reception (or the reception
alone for those who must use a vendor-provided
coordinator for the ceremony).
Simply Savvy
This package is perfect for the bride who desires
to do most of the planning herself, but would
like to have a professional coordinate both
the ceremony and the reception. This package
includes two consultations before the wedding
as well as complete coordination of your event.
Coordination includes organizing the bridal
party, supervising photographs, directing the
ceremony, observing reception set-up, and coordinating
all reception events (first dance, cake cutting,
etc.).
Ceremony Only
The Savvy Sophisticate is available for the
coordination of your ceremony. This package
is perfect for the bride who desires to do all
the planning herself, but who wants a professional
coordinator to organize the ceremony. The package
includes one pre-wedding consultation and the
direction of both the rehearsal and the ceremony.
Reception Only
Some ceremony locations require that you use
their in-house coordinator for the ceremony.
This package is ideal for the bride whose ceremony
location provides a ceremony coordinator, but
still desires professional coordination of the
reception. The package includes one pre-wedding
consultation, observation of reception set-up
and synchronization of all reception events
including the first dance, toasts, food distribution
and cake cutting.
A La Carte Services
The Savvy Sophisticate will provide additional
services on a per-hour basis. We can take care
of just about anything related to your wedding
day. This may include tux return, running errands,
picking people up from the airport, etc. In
addition, The Savvy Sophisticate is available
to address and send all of your wedding invitations.
Prices for calligraphy are based on the number
of envelopes and the time frame given for addressing.
Other Services
The Savvy Sophisticate is available to plan
all types of events. We will be more than happy
to assist you with birthday or graduation parties,
charity events, holiday activities, or any other
event you can dream up!
